Tav # 22
In Genesis 3 verse 15 God says, "I will put enmity between You and the woman and between your seed and her seed, He will crush your head and you will bruise his heel."
The twenty-second symbol letter Tav is an X or a cross. A cross is a symbol letter of 2 things connecting at a center point. That center point is a meeting point. The meeting point in our mind is called an agreement or a covenant. For most of the world, we are introduced to God's Son at the cross or the Tav. That is our meeting point with Jesus. We see the pictures of Him nailed on the wooden cross. Oath is the Hebrew word for a sign. It is spelled with the letters Alef, Waw, Tav. An Oath in Hebrew is a sign from God to His people. The letter Alef is the first letter of the Alef Bet so it can mean "first." Another part of its meaning is the ox as a sacrifice. The letter Waw is a nail, it means "And." Waw also means a man. The letter Tav is the last letter of the Alef Bet. Part of its meaning is a covenant. Another part of its meaning is "last." So the word oath can be interpreted as,
" The First and the Last or The Alef Waw and the Tav "
Tav Waw Alef
Revelation 22 verse 13 says,
" I Am the Alpha and the Omega the First and the Last,
the Beginning and End..."
Jesus is God's "Oath" Sign to His followers. Jesus is the sacrifice nailed to the cross.
Tav as crossed lines is used represent an agreement between 2 people. To Christians it represents our agreement between us and God, that we accept His son Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. We sign on the dotted line,
